Damage of facility

• About 45cm above the floor flooded by the tsunami. Bookshelves fell at several locations. UPS submerged, PCs suspected to be broken.

Damage of exhibitions and collections

• About half of the library materials (1,240 copies) flooded. All audio-visual materials flooded.岩沼市玉浦公民館/en

Management Status

• "We have been closed for the while due to the earthquake and tsunami."(2011/4/24)
• It restarted on June 20.
