Management information
入居する施設、アイーナが避難所になっているため、現在指定管理者職員が避難所対応に奔走。開館の見通しはたたず。
-Because it is intended that people would move into Aina as the evacuation area, as of now the management staff is busy with the correspondence of the evacuation area.
→2011/3/19追記「3/31まで休館」


3/23日現在、避難所は解除されました。

記録として：避難所における図書館サービスの提供
3月14日～3月16日まで、入居する複合施設に設けられた一時避難所に避難されたきた方々向けに「避難者向けサービス」を実施。
「避難者向けサービス」の内容
入口付近の「背の低い書架」と「インターネット端末」中心とした一部エリアのみをサービス提供エリアに設定し、次のようなサービスを展開した。
#インターネット端末の利用
#新聞の閲覧
#震災や医療など避難者が求めていると想定される図書資料の提供
#気を紛らわしていただくための資料として、7類、9類の図書資料の提供
#4については当館の利用者カードをお持ちでは無い方にも、避難所を出られる際にご返却いただくことをお願いして、ご自身がお休みされている場所まで図書資料を持って出ることを可能とした。（その為、保存の役割がある岩手に関する「郷土資料」は提供資料から除外した。）
#4と同様の目的で、柔らかめの内容の雑誌を選定し提供
#4と同様の目的で、子ども向けの読み聞かせを実施
