- 3 glass panels had broken.
- The entrance of the library probably had warped.

- 90% of books had fallen, but already repaired.
- Damaging of fell haven't been clear.

- The basic infrastructure is already restored.
- The fuel of heating is lacked.

- This library had already started normally opening since April 25th.
